George Gluck is a New York-based independent arbitrator and mediator for international and domestic commercial disputes. Prior to becoming a full-time ADR neutral in 2001, he was a partner in a large New York law firm. For more than twenty years, he represented clients in complex U.S. and international commercial transactions. He spent part of the 1990’s in Europe, representing parties in cross-border transactions.

Appointed in 140+ international and domestic cases involving cases of varying size (up to 10 figures) and complexity, covering a broad legal spectrum including: mergers & acquisitions (breach of representations and warranties, valuations), business associations (corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures), corporate governance, financial services (commercial and investment banking, private equity, project finance), telecommunications, energy (oil, gas, electric), communication and information technology, accounting, tax, intellectual property, franchise, licensing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, executive employment, sale of goods, real property, maritime, insurance.

Extensive experience interpreting Delaware law relating to limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations.
